Every estate gate is individually engineered and designed. Our gates are welded with a heavy framework to prevent deflection and sagging. Our full-service CADD department will design your gate, prepare and review submittals, and explain the engineering process. We provide four standard estate-style gates (Straight, Concave, Estate Arch, and Dome Arch) to match our entire array of fence types. Double and single swings are available for all gates.

Bottom Track Cantilever Gates

In terms of bottom track cantilever gates, we are the market pioneers. Compared to standard cantilever gates, our bottom track cantilever gate offers several advantages.
Our bottom track gate only requires 1/3 of the opening for the counterbalance as opposed to 1/2 of the opening on a top track. Instead of hanging on the side of the gate like a top track, the weight of the gate naturally descends from the bottom of the gate to the truck assembly. As a result, less pressure is placed on the track. The truck assemblies make field adjusting simple. Sag and deflection are minimized via an easy guide track.

V-Track Cantilever gates provide a simple solution to your gate enclosure needs. Simply lay the track, and Ideal’s unique gate with V-Groove wheels will take care of the rest. V-Groove wheels will ride the V-Track while maintaining low ground clearance to ensure the stability of your gate.
