LIL BUCK’S ALUMINUM PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
- The confirmation or order acknowledgment is the sole and entire agreement for each order between Lil Buck Fence and its customer. Verbal communications are non-binding.
- All orders are custom, cancellations and or changes to orders must be approved and have to be made within 3 business days of placing the order. All approved returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders subject to cancelation fee. Once orders are in production they cannot be canceled.
- Standard Warranty applies to all purchases unless otherwise specified. The Standard Warranty is available for download at the bottom of the page or online at www.ideal-ap.com/warranty.
- Liability on any order is limited to defects in materials or workmanship.
- Estimated ship date is the estimated date that the order leaves Ideal’s plant in St. Augustine, Florida. Once the freight is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info, the freight carrier will contact you for your delivery appointment once the freight reaches the delivering terminal. You must be there to receive the material, if you cannot be there to receive the material, you will need to have someone there to accept the delivery. The freight carrier will not hold the freight at the terminal, if they cannot get your material delivered, they will charge a daily storage fee which you the consignee would be responsible for.
- Prices are subject to change prior to shipping. Extra freight fees may apply to larger orders, or location.
- Customer is responsible for determining completeness and fulfillment of order. Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within five (5) days of customer receipt and must be notated with the freight carrier. We cannot file a claim without the missing and or damaged material being noted to the freight carrier by you (Consignee).
- It is essential that you review your order confirmation carefully. These confirmations serve as the agreement between Lil Buck Fencing and you. A careful confirmation from you will avoid manufacturing and fabrication errors. It is important to particularty note the following: STYLE, PICKET SIZE, PANEL WIDTH, COLOR , HARDWARE.
