LIL BUCK’S ALUMINUM PRODUCTS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

  • The confirmation or order acknowledgment is the sole and entire agreement for each order between Lil Buck Fence and its customer. Verbal communications are non-binding.
  • All orders are custom, cancellations and or changes to orders must be approved and have to be made within 3 business days of placing the order. All approved returned orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All orders subject to cancelation fee. Once orders are in production they cannot be canceled.
  • Standard Warranty applies to all purchases unless otherwise specified.
  • Liability on any order is limited to defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Estimated ship date is the estimated date that the order leaves the factory. Once the freight is shipped you will receive an email with the tracking info, the freight carrier will contact you for your delivery appointment once the freight reaches the delivering terminal. You must be there to receive the material, if you cannot be there to receive the material, you will need to have someone there to accept the delivery. The freight carrier will not hold the freight at the terminal, if they cannot get your material delivered, they will charge a daily storage fee which you the consignee would be responsible for.
  • Prices are subject to change prior to shipping. Extra freight fees may apply to larger orders, or location.
  • Customer is responsible for determining completeness and fulfillment of order.  Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within five (5) days of customer receipt and "must" be notated with the freight carrier. We cannot file a claim without the missing and or damaged material being noted to the freight carrier by you (Consignee).

Shipping Protocol

We have years of shipping experience and have shipped hundreds of millions of dollars’ worth of material. Our packaging is optimally designed for your purchased product to arrive damage-free. Our main objective is for the product to arrive in the same condition as it left our factory, regardless of the shipping location, shipping method (our trucks, specialized third party trucks, LTL), or type of goods.
We use various packaging materials in our shipping process. The shipping supplies are used to guard against damage during shipping and are not intended to be kept in storage for a lengthy period, especially when exposed to elements.
We package our products for protection during shipment. Remember to take the packaging off as soon as you receive the item.

Here are some reminders about your orders:
  • Residential deliveries may be subject to additional fees.
  • Orders from $4,200.00-$8,500.00 and above may qualify for free shipping.
  • All orders are custom-built and are estimated to ship within 3 to 4 weeks.
